About this course

Translational medicine aims to the application of new findings in therapies, diagnostics or prevention of human disease in the various fields of medical practice. Clinical data and patient samples are essential in unravelling the disease mechanisms and treatment outcomes. The aim of Master’s Programme in Translational Medicine (TRANSMED) is to provide a solid basis for both academic and non-academic careers in the health sector. Our students have direct interactions with researchers and clinicians, which promotes understanding of both science and medicine and develops their interdisciplinary communication skills.
