About this course
The programme is open for admission for students with a legal right of admission only International Politics and Governance explores how significant parts of today's politics influence are created and implemented through systems by public, private and non-state actors. The purpose of the programme is to educate social science graduates who can perform professionally in multilevel governance actors.As a students you acquire insight into European, interregional and international policy development, with particular focus on governance in international institutions and agencies (e.g. EU, WTO, NATO, EEA), in governments and agencies, as well as in public and private organisations.The programme will give you the ability to understand, interpret and independently prepare analyses related to multilevel governance for example in relation to policy challenges within the areas of environment, climate adaptation, education, welfare, trade, immigration, security policy etc.The programme qualifies graduates for work in ministries, agencies, regions and municipalities, in international organisations, in embassies/consulates, chambers of commerce, interest organisations, financial institutions, think-tanks, PR companies and more.
