Immerse yourself in a unique combination of business economics and information technology that will qualify you to analyse, design and execute projects in the areas of IT, processes and business development. Whether you are dreaming of a career in a multinational company or of starting your own business, a BA in Business Economics and Information Technology gives you the tools and methods you need for innovative thinking and turning ideas into reality. The programme runs for 3Β½ years and covers a broad range of subjects during the seven semesters. These include international economics, business economics, programming, systems development, business strategy, communication and international commercial law, and you can also choose elective subjects. The study programme concludes with a bachelor project. Career Opportunities As a BA in Economics & Information Technology you will be able to work strategically with optimization of business processes through the use of information technology. This opens up a number of career opportunities, such as: IT Management Consultant IT Project Manager Systems Developer Systems Analyst Strategic Business Process Manager Project Portfolio Manager After completing the Bachelorβs programme, you can continue your studies at both Danish and international universities to obtain a Masterβs degree. Admission An education equivalent to a Danish upper secondary education is required. Mathematics B-level is required in order to apply for the BA in Business Economics and IT. The Mathematics B-level is represented by 250 hours during the last three years of upper-secondary school (equivalent to the Danish B-level of a Danish upper-secondary examination). Tuition Non-EU/EEA/CH citizens must pay a tuition fee of β¬ 4,100 per semester.
