Mathematics and physics are companion disciplines, each deepening the other. Physics seeks to understand the fundamental laws governing the universe, from subatomic particles to the large-scale structure of the cosmos, and mathematics provides the language in which those laws are expressed. At Aberystwyth this three-year, full-time degree covers the core elements of both subjects in a coherent and structured format.
